FAQ

Questions we hear on every site

Coverage, mixing, setting times, grades and supply — the practical answers our dealers and contractors ask for most.

How much area does one 20 kg bag cover?+

Approximately 55–60 sq. ft. with a 6 × 6 mm square notched trowel at an average 3 mm bed. Coverage changes with trowel size, tile type and how even the substrate is.

How much water do I mix per bag?+

5.5–6 litres of clean water per 20 kg bag. Add powder to water, mix to a lump-free paste, rest 5 minutes and remix. Use within 2 hours.

Do I still need to soak the tiles or cure the floor?+

No. Polymer-modified adhesive needs a dry, dust-free surface and no curing water. Soaking tiles is what causes hollow tiles with traditional cement mortar.

When can I grout and walk on the floor?+

Tiles set in 24 hours, so grouting the next day is safe. Full strength is reached after 28 days.

Can I lay new tiles over existing tiles?+

Yes. Our adhesives bond to existing tiles, concrete, plaster and marble, which makes them ideal for renovation without demolition.

Is it suitable for swimming pools and washrooms?+

Yes. The polymer content gives excellent water resistance for permanently wet areas including pools, showers, terraces and washrooms.

What is the difference between Grey, White and Platinum grades?+

Grey (₹750) is the standard grade, White (₹850) is used with translucent and light-coloured tiles or marble, and Platinum (₹1150) is our highest-strength grade for large-format and demanding installations. All prices include taxes.

What is the shelf life and how should bags be stored?+

12 months from the date of manufacturing when kept dry and sealed. Store bags off the floor in a covered, dry godown.

Do you supply dealers and contractors outside Amritsar?+

Yes. We are a B2B supplier and dispatch pallet and truckload quantities to dealers, builders and contractors across Punjab and neighbouring states.

Can I get samples or a technical data sheet?+

Send us your tile type, area in square feet and location through the contact page and we will share pricing, guidance and sample availability.

Which adhesive should I use for bathroom tiles?+

For bathroom walls and floors use the White grade of Primo Fixx or Mighty Bond. For shower areas, tile-over-tile work or large-format vitrified tiles, step up to Flex Grip or the Platinum grade for extra flexibility.

Is it waterproof?+

The adhesive itself is highly water resistant and performs permanently in wet areas such as washrooms, showers, terraces and swimming pools. It is not a substitute for a waterproofing membrane — apply the membrane first, then tile over it with our adhesive.

Do I need an admix?+

Not for normal ceramic and vitrified tiling — clean water is enough. Use Primo Fixx Adhesive Admix for natural stone, granite, marble and demanding exterior or heavy-traffic installations where you want maximum flexibility and bond strength.

Do you supply in bulk to dealers and contractors?+

Yes. We are a B2B manufacturer and supply pallet and truckload quantities to dealers, distributors, builders and contractors across Punjab and neighbouring states, with dealer pricing and repeat-order support.
